1. Call us for assistance.
Call 1800 700 0272. If we can’t help you mobilise your car over the phone, we’ll dispatch either a roadside contractor or a tow truck to assist you.
3. Pay the relevant fees (see below) by credit/debit card or direct debit from your bank account.

Some providers allow you to pay for roadside assistance when you need it – rather than you paying an annual membership fee in case you need it .
