To find your membership details:

- Click on the ‘Rewards’ button
- View your membership details (your member number and one-time PIN).

Do I need an email address to use the program?
Yes — to activate your Budget Direct Rewards membership, you must supply us with a valid email address.

I'm eligible for the rewards program but have not been invited to join — what now?
If you have two or more insurance policies with us but haven’t yet been invited to join Budget Direct Rewards, please contact us. If you only recently purchased a second policy, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your invitation.
Using your rewards
Where can I download the Budget Direct Rewards app?
The app is available from Google Play or the App Store. Search for ‘Budget Direct Rewards’. The app is free, however data usage fees may apply.
Do I receive a membership card?
Rather than a physical card, members are issued with a digital card built into the app and website.
I've forgotten my Rewards password — what must I do?
If you forget your Budget Direct Rewards password, follow these steps.
Online
- Visit the Budget Direct Rewards website.
- Enter your email address.
- Click 'Reset password'.
- Follow the prompts.
App
- Load the Budget Direct Rewards app.
- Click 'Forgotten password?'.
- Follow the prompts.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership starts on the day you activate it and is valid for 12 months. After 12 months (and assuming you still hold two or more Budget Direct insurance policies), we’ll renew your membership for another 12 months automatically.
I don't own a smartphone — can I still use the rewards program?
If you don’t have a smartphone (Android or iOS), you’ll still be able to access a limited number of discounts via the Budget Direct Rewards website.
A smartphone would give you access to all the potential savings.
My discount was not honoured — what now?
In the unlikely event a discount or deal is not honoured by a merchant, please contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
