Low Km Car Insurance FAQs
If you drive more than your agreed kilometres per year, an additional excess will apply.
You may also have to pay an additional excess if you don't give us an odometer reading within 21 days, or if you provide us with an invalid odometer reading that is either higher or lower than the actual reading at the time.
Yes, you can increase your agreed kilometres per year. If you think you're going to exceed your agreed kilometres limit, you'll need to contact us to update your policy.
Increasing your kilometres per year might result in an additional car insurance premium being applied, or you may no longer be eligible for a Low Kilometre Policy.
If you're driving less than the agreed kilometres per year, you can reduce your limit when you renew your policy. You'll need to contact our team to update your policy.
