Simply Smarter Insurance Provider Recognised For Innovation And Service

A focus on providing customers with simply smarter solutions and excellent service has paid off for low cost insurance provider Budget Direct at The Australian Business Awards 2014 announced today.

Budget Direct has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Product Innovation for its 60 Second Mobile Estimate which enables customers with a smartphone and internet access to receive an accurate car insurance estimate in just one minute.

The Australian Business Award for Product Innovation recognises product leadership through the practical application of innovative solutions for new and existing market needs offering a point of difference from their competitors. In 2012 Budget Direct’s Hail Hero alert service was recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Product Innovation at The Australian Business Awards.

Budget Direct was also recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Service Excellence at The Australian Business Awards 2014. The award recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to service excellence.
