Budget Direct has been awarded Australia’s Happiest Car & Home Insurance Customers for 2014 from social media monitoring website ServiceRage.
ServiceRage bases the rankings on the ratio of positive and negative social media activity between customers and companies. In the past year Budget Direct has outperformed 20 other monitored brands with a lead of over 10% achieving the highest ranking in the Car and Home Insurance category.
After being named by Money magazine as Best of the Best for Car and Home & Contents Insurance 2014, and by Canstar as Outstanding Value Car Insurance provider eight years in a row, this latest win makes Jonathan Kerr Director of Marketing & Digital at Budget Direct a very happy man.
