1. How can I purchase a Home and Contents Insurance policy?

If you are a new customer you can

  1. Quote and then buy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, securely online at www.budgetdirect.com.au. Your quote will automatically include any applicable customer discounts. You can pay with either a Visa or Mastercard or alternatively you can choose to pay online via Direct Debit from your Bank, Credit Union or Building Society account.

3. I am having trouble purchasing securely online, what should I do?

4. Can I pay my insurance in monthly instalments?

Yes. If you decide to pay monthly, there is one upfront payment followed by 10 monthly instalments. Or we also offer one annual lump sum payment as an alternative payment method.

5. What if I have to make a Home and Contents Insurance claim?

If you need to make a claim on your Home or Contents Insurance call 1800 069 336 and one of our claims consultants will help you.
